How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Repliedstore Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Repliedstore Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Repliedstore Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@repliedstore.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
